These terms apply to all services offered by ZenithCodev, including but not limited to:

3. Artificial intelligence implementation
4. Specialized technology consulting
5. Maintenance and technical support

2.1Development Services

1. Requirements analysis and technical consulting
2. Custom software design and architecture
3. Solution development and implementation
4. Testing, validation, and quality assurance
5. Deployment to production environments
6. Technical and user documentation

2.2Automation Services

1. Analysis of existing business processes
2. Design of optimized automation workflows
3. Implementation of automation tools
4. Integration with existing business systems
5. Staff training on new processes
6. Continuous monitoring and optimization

3.1Authorized Use

The client agrees to use our services solely for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

3.2Restrictions on Use

It is prohibited to use our services for:

1. Illegal activities or infringement of third-party rights
2. Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code
3. Reverse engineering of our proprietary solutions
4. Unauthorized resale or sublicensing of our services
5. Interference with the security or integrity of our systems

4.1ZenithCodev's Rights

ZenithCodev retains all intellectual property rights to methodologies, frameworks, proprietary tools, and specialized knowledge used in providing services.

4.2Client's Rights

The client obtains the rights to use the software specifically developed for their organization, as set forth in the corresponding service agreement.

4.3Third-Party Licenses

Any third-party software incorporated into our solutions is subject to its respective licenses, which will be clearly identified and documented.

5.1ZenithCodev's Responsibilities

1. Deliver services according to agreed specifications
2. Maintain professional quality standards
3. Protect the confidentiality of client information
4. Provide technical support according to contractual terms
5. Meet established delivery deadlines

5.2Client's Responsibilities

1. Provide accurate and complete information
2. Facilitate necessary access to systems and personnel
3. Comply with agreed payment obligations
4. Use services according to established terms
5. Report issues in a timely manner

6.1Payment Terms

Payments shall be made according to the specific terms set forth in each service agreement. Generally, an initial payment of 50% is required at the start of the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion of agreed deliverables.

6.2Late Payments

Overdue payments may result in the temporary suspension of services until the account is settled. Late fees will be applied in accordance with current legislation.

7.1Quality Warranty

ZenithCodev warrants that all services will be provided with professional industry standards and in accordance with best practices in software development.

7.2Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific contract. We will not be liable for indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits.

8.1Termination for Convenience

Either party may terminate the services with 30 days' written notice. All services rendered up to the date of termination will be billed.

8.2Termination for Cause

Services may be terminated immediately in the event of a material breach of these terms by either party.
